The location could not be better, with a view in the entire bay. The hotel has been fully renovated and the rooms are spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Great value.

Have to say that the hotel exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately we were only able to spend one night here but wish it was more. Great views in a large room. Also quite possibly the best hotel gym I have used to date. The pool area is the ideal place to cool off after a day in the Croatian heat. Great sound insulation in the rooms from the street and internal sounds.

Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

Great place! Very nice staff, everything was perfect! Doris and Margarita, the staff in the restaurant, was very nice. They was instructing the studensts in a great way. Great lunch and breakfast. The room was very nice, bed was great!

Perfectly located, outstanding design. Breakfast is served in a restaurant in the old town. It is worth walking there. Delicious options if eggs, fresh juice or smoothies. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book it again
