We stayed at Flaw Residence for one night while cycling around Lake Balaton. The apartment was perfectly equipped with new, modern furniture and a great kitchen. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is ideal—right on the Balaton cycling route. The manager was extremely helpful bringing us a cable to charge our bikes. As a nice surprise, there was a bottle of delicious local wine in the fridge. The apartment features two terraces (one private and one at the entrance), and the pool is just a few steps away from the door.

They had a fridge full of beer and other stuff (to buy) in the common hallway just in case we ran out. The view from the balcony was really nice. They also had Netflix on the TV, which was a nice surprise.
