From the moment we arrived, we couldn't have felt more welcome. Louise (who lives up to and exceeds everything we had read about her online) greeted us at the door before showing us to the amazing room she had so kindly upgraded us to which was a huge surprise. The room was amazing, bed so comfortable, castle beautiful, and easily one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Everything was within 30 minutes travel for the places we wanted to visit. It was easily the best find we have found on Booked.com, and we will definitely be returning for more visits in the future.

We really liked the attitude towards our beloved dog, there was a sleeping place for the dog in the room, a soft blanket, bowls and gifts, she ate meat sticks with pleasure, a ball, water, bags, it was incredibly nice, our dog felt great! and we decided that she would come again and not just once. Lovely place. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed. It looked smaller on the picture. It was so much bigger! Plenty of room, tea and coffee facility in the room, lovely bath. Close to the two churches and the city centre. The staff was so nice and hospitable. Our flight was delayed and they waited up for us. The breakfast was the best I have ever gotten in any hotel. We are definately coming back.
