The hosts are really lovely and eager to help out with getting to Majuli island. The downstairs room was big and comfy. We also stayed in the traditional room on top of the building which was a fun experience but a bit less comfy - some doves came into the room early in the morning which was a funny way to wake up but perhaps not ideal! The dining area provides a cozy place for family and friends to enjoy home-cooked meals together! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms, lawn, garden, etc. are warm and welcoming. The host and staff were very friendly and attended to all our needs. There's a lot of place for kids to run around too.
