The property was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. I also loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately I was sick for the entire time of my stay but I was glad it happened here. I stayed in a private room for most of the time which is clean, pretty, the shower has good pressure and is warm (important with long hair :D), there is a fan and A/C and the bed is comfortable. Since I also stayed in a dorm for one night I can also say the dorms are also clean, you have privacy and everything was great. The staff is super super nice and everyone really took good care of me: they let me stay in a dorm bed after check-out until I could check into my new room, bringing food to my room that would help me get better, checking in on me, Rana even drove me to the hospital twice and waited until I was done. Also the property has a really nice terrace where you can eat and chill. I’m really grateful for receiving that help 🙏🏼. 10/10 would recommend :)

We had an great time at Shiv Shakti. The neigbouring waterfull (just walk 5 mins up) is insanely perfect. The athmosphere was super chill, with beautifull souls being attracted to this place.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and it even came with a radiator, which is very much needed in the winter months. The location was also very good, close to pretty much everything, and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. But the very best about my stay here was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time there, and were always available.

We stayed 3 weeks in Rudram hotel. From the beginning a warm welcome. We were received as part of the family. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. Everything is extremely clean, 2 ladies were ongoing taking care of that. From 8am till late evening you can order meals, they are freshly coocked and delicious. Filtered water is available. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available. There was always somebody at the reception helping when we needed something or for questions and advice. We loved everything. The location is amazing! Many shops and restaurants nearby, but still located in a very quiet place. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. With good Wi-Fi. The toilet is also clean and have hot water. Great outdoor space, nice to relax and also meet new people. Excellent environment with friendly and helpful staff. I ended up staying for 2 weeks. Thank you for the amazing stay!

I stayed here for 15 nights. The staff were helpful, well-mannered and very friendly. Property is within a 5-minute walking distance from Laxman Jhula, it’s a 4-storey building and is very clean. Plenty of facilities available, including a gym and swimming pool (although I didn’t use them). The breakfast at its Holy Oven is very tasty, which caters for both Indian and Western tastes. The room service meal delivery is very quick and is available 24-hours. I would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful hotel and its wonderful staff. Thank you for a great stay.
