The flat is pristine. It has everything you could possibly need. Anuj ( The landlord) has thought of everything. Entry was easy and well thought out. The caretaker let us in and showed us around and gave keys. There is also a keysafe if needed. Anuj was a fantastic communicator. Sending me location and all passwords etc. He couldn't do enough for us. The pool is pristine and only saw one other lady use it once. There is a 24/7 security person on the gate too who was very nice and helpful too. I highly recomend this flat.I will definately come again and recomend it to friends. We stayed an extra night as it was so good.

Superb location and characterful property, away from the chaos of Calangute. The staff are attentive and work hard to make your trip memorable. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The food and cocktails are exquisite and the evening entertainment a welcome addition to just chill out at the property. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and the plentyful fruit bowl was my favourite. I would definitely stay again.

Mr.Leslie the host was exceptional, he helped us with literally everything right from bike rentals , to some spices for our food. He kept checking on us if we needed anything. The property was nice , rooms were cozy

Comfortable room in a cozy and pleasant property. The property is very clean and well maintained. Flavia is a joy to talk with and helped make my stay in Nerul as great as it could possibly have been. The Nerul jetty is a mere 15-20 mins walk away. Most dive boats leave from there.

An absolutely amazing stay, in a beautiful old home. Super comfortable bed, large room and verandah (junior suite). The pool area was stunning and we spent a lot of time there. Beautiful gardens too. Incredibly attentive staff that are always at hand to offer tea, coffee, soda etc. We were so well taken of, it was difficult to leave. Lovely breakfast and chai masala, one morning our hosts were so kind as to pack our breakfast up for us to take on an early morning start. Multiple times a day our water was replenished and towels etc changed, bed made, incense or oil burners lit. Couldn't have been more perfect.
