Our recent stay at Serenity Villa and Treehouse in Palakkad was a dream come true for my husband and me. The one-bedroom treehouse with its queen-sized bed and the spacious patio offered us a romantic and cozy retreat. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the fully equipped kitchen in the main villa allowed us to cook together, making our stay more special. The villa's secluded location, surrounded by lush greenery, added to the magic of our stay. Waking up to the garden view from our room was a delight, and the vibrant nature surrounding the property provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. We made the most of the sunbathing terrace and picnic area, which allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty. The fully air-conditioned room and the luxurious bathroom with a shower panel were perfect after our daily adventures. Everything about the Hotel screamed 5 stars. Spotlessly clean, beautifully lit and well maintained hotel. The staff were well mannered and extremely hospitable. All our requests were attended to within minutes. Both the rooftop bar and the executive lounge were great to hang out and have a few drinks. The multi-cuisine restaurant had an excellent spread for the breakfast buffet and the food prepared a la carte was exceptional. The roof top pool had good views of the mountain nearby and the gym was well equipped. Overall, staying at Distrikt 9 was the most relaxing part of our trip. Highly recommend this hotel as it offers excellent value for money and real 5 star service.

Everything was lovely. From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome. Our room was beautifully furnished and although quite small it had everything we needed and loads of storage space. The bathroom was great with a lovely shower and very hot water and nice clean soft towels. Our bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have opening windows to let in fresh air. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good and well priced. The inclusive buffet breakfast was also good with with sufficient choices including fresh fruit, toast and Indian foods. The location away from the main town meant it was nice and quiet but not removed from the centre. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. It is a new hotel and everything is still in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. Well done and thank you to everyone.
