Everything was simply wonderful. The staff were very kind, friendly, and attentive — especially the administrator who welcomed us and was there for us every day. On my wife’s birthday, he gave her a Ganesha icon (which she absolutely loved). He was very thoughtful and attentive to every detail! The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and peaceful, and the breakfasts were delicious with several options to choose from. The administrator constantly checked if everything was fine, if we needed anything, if he should bring something, if everything suited us, or if our room needed cleaning. In short — an amazing employee and a great person! The room itself was completely new, clean, tidy, very large, and spacious.

Karthik who took care of us in restaurant &bar with his team prashanth,niranjan,arun. chef saman jayantha. They all make us fell so welcome and they indulge us all day from morning to evening . The room was decor by lakraj & it was always cleaned twice a day and the bed decorated with flowers. The food is excellent taste so well. The property in all is beautiful clean open space and a fabulous pool and beach. We had a marvelous stay.

This was the place we enjoyed the most in our two months in Sri Lanka. Shas and his wife were amazing host. The place was very clean and tidy, there is a kitchen in case you would like to use it. The beach is one minute away walking and it was delightful to wake up and see the sunrise there. The garden is also very special, many spots to chill and birds to see. The breakfast was also great and the scooter for rent were very nice with a very reasonable price. We booked 3 nights and end up staying more than one week, we felt so comfortable there.

We got more than we had expected in many ways. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, and to the centre of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. What we hadn’t been expecting was that the owner, Prabha would be an excellent and versatile cook trained in Germany. Once we found out that we didn’t have to go anywhere else for dinner, I was able to enjoy fabulous seafood every night on the veranda of the hotel while enjoying the sea breezes. Since there aren’t any good vegetarian restaurants in Trincomalee, and my husband is a vegetarian, Prabha cooked different vegetarian meals for him every night. This was a happy and completely unexpected discovery and made our trip much more pleasurable. Prabha is a very considerate host, and does his best to make his guests happy.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. Our host was so friendly, interesting to talk to and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless. Such a good cause and good to be able to support the local animals.

The hotel was lovely . It was quiet whilst we stayed here which suited us , the room we had was delightful (upgrade given) . The view over the lagoon was amazing . We sat outside for breakfast over looking the lagoon a very special view.
