Unlike many grand old hotels, this one certainly lived up to the hype. The room was modern and exceedingly spacious with a full sized walk in closet and double bathroom. The balcony was also spacious and we appreciated the fact that ours overlooked the patio area of the hotel rather than the noisier Casino area. From the valet, to the reception staff, concierge and doorman, all were very friendly and helpful. We were also given complimentary use of the hotel's spa to shower and change after we had checked out as we had a late flight to catch.

Everything from the decor, location and the views were breathtaking. The hotel staff were super friendly more especially the concierge who were really helpful giving us tips and arranging transportation for us. This will be our new home in Monaco

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable room hosted by truly lovely people. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, and David took the time to explain everything clearly. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute stroll to the city centre and about 10 minutes to the famous casino. Parking was easy too; we left our car at Parking Saint Laurent, only a 5-minute walk away, for €25 per day. Everything was perfect, and we would happily come back again!

    We enjoyed the views from the dining areas and the kids care facilities . Staff was very kind and genuine . Highly recommend the kids club- my daughter had an amazing time and they were very engaged with her ! If you want a little time to yourself this hotel can be a great option for parents traveling with kids .

    Really clean and location is brilliant for families in Monaco. There is a park opposite for the kids and they let you take out a scooter or bike for the little ones. Staff are exceptional. Super friendly and go above and beyond.
