Great location with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was immaculately clean with outstanding see view from the balcony. Beach is less than 100m from the hotel. There is a free parking.

The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, comfortable area. Our host was kind and very friendly, always ready to help. Cute small well designed hotel. Very plesant interior od hotel and rooms. Ladies who work there are so nice and friendly. Rooms are minimal modern designed with super comfortable beds. Yes it was super clean.
