Everything! I'm a 52 year old experienced traveller and I can honestly say this hostel ranks as the best I've ever stayed in! The decor is classy, and functional, I would love to have a home this cool! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the owner Andrea who checked me in was so helpful and and welcoming! The location is perfect, slap bang between the bus station and the main Plaza in the centre of the town so not too far for either! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful! The whole ambience of the place makes all the guests so relaxed and in turn makes it so easy to talk and get to know your fellow travellers! I've never got to know so many people in anyother hostel than here! This ain't a party hostel, I do like a party don't worry about that I'm Scottish, but I didn't feel that I needed to party within or missed it at all such was my enjoyment of my stay here! HIGHLY IMPRESSED, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GO! VAMOS! 11 stars!

Location is amazing. Close to everything. Easy to get bus anywhere, including the airport. But Uber is pretty cheap. I arrived in the middle of the night. It wasn't an issue. The host sent me check in details in advance and I got to my bed fine. Rooms are very comfortable, with locker space under the beds and padlocks available upon request. Laundry was done quickly and easily for a reasonable price. I didn't use the kitchen except to cut up some fruit I got from the market. The fridge has lots of space. Having drinking water to refill your bottle is great and saves so much plastic. The host is very kind and professional.

Beautiful property set in an old casona, converted tastefully. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable with old world charm. Location is fantastic, can walk everywhere and only 5 mins from the historic centre. Staff is courteous, kind and helpful.

I could not recommend this hotel more. Everything was impeccable! Room was large, super clean, pool area was amazing and quiet. Also, the personnel did everything to make us feel at home. Location is perfect as well, close to shops, restaurants and main sights. Do not hesitate to book here when visiting Mérida!!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute). We’re great fans of small boutique hotels and this one has definitely won our hearts. Highly recommended ❤️
