I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. Everyone, from the front desk to the dining team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and outstanding service makes this resort a gem in Chitwan. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable escape! The Hotel is close to the park so you can see wild animals sometimes (although there is absolutely no risk). The manager of the hotel is particularly nice and has a very good knowledge of the park (he was a guide in the park for a long time). He will help you book your tour and even provide free driving service to the different activities. He is always nice and his team as well. It is really a super place to visit the national park.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

The Homestay is perfectly located within the park and offers a total immersion in the beautiful natural surroundings. Ramakanta and his family are great hosts, we were very well taken care of, the food was some of the best we had in Nepal, they are lovely people to be around.

The hotel exceeded .y expectations. Excellent value for money. Staff were extremely attentive. Room was superb - including the huge bath and rainfall shower and separate toilet. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were fabulous too.
