Kamala at reception brought charm and warmth to the property, while manager Ushan Shilpakar was endlessly gracious. Ramu and Madan at Maitri — the café and restaurant next door — ensured I was consistently well cared for. Clean rooms, a guest-focused energy, and a location that surpasses London, Manhattan, or LA.
