the location was in the middle of the Nizwa Alaqur area, easily reached by foot. The CEO was always welcoming, ready to help in suggestions, and provided us with constant water, coffee, dates, and tea. He even provided us with a small gift after checking out. Staff were very friendly and nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is spotless, with a fantastic location that’s close to everything (3-5 mins walk to Nizwa Fort, Souq and restaurants), yet still peaceful, almost like being in the outskirts. The hotel itself is nearly brand new, with high-quality amenities throughout, with free parking. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and at such a reasonable price.
