i loved staying at Quinta da Roda for a couple of reasons. It's located in the "middle of nowhere," and I loved how getting there itself was an adventure. You'll love the drive up there, it's so beautiful! also the staffs. it's a family run business so from checking in to welcome tea and homemade snacks, it's handled with care and you can tell. Very friendly, attentive. the room was neat, spotlessly clean as well. highly recommend staying here if you're around Peneda Gerês National Park.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Lata. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The building and grounds were lovely and we enjoyed hearing about their history as part of the tour we did. The room was clean and comfortable and it was absolutely delightful to relax around the pool with a class of the vineyard’s wine. Whilst the property doesn’t offer a regular dinner/restaurant service, you can book to do tapas and wine tasting during your stay - this was delicious and excellent value, we would highly recommend as it was a real highlight of the trip for us! The team also assisted us with recommendations for restaurants locally for dinner on the other nights, and helped with booking.

A 10/10 place for a weekend getaway to recharge batteries, or for a week's holidays, this place was exceptional! The breakfast was very good, with all homemade ingredients. The bedroom was amazing, with a nice rustic twist, and Mrs. Olivia and her husband were lovely, and made us feel very welcomed during all our stay, in a very confortable and easy going manner!

Surrounded by the traditional farming land of the Lima Valley, Casa d’Auleira features landscaped gardens with an outdoor pool. Guests can use the barbeque facilities to enjoy a meal on the terrace.
