The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was also very close to the metro. The staff were super kind and helpful. When in Qatar, I wouldn't mind staying here again. A shout out to Soukaina at the front desk. When she learnt it was my birthday she got me cake and a card. Golphin at the travel desk who was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast at the sand dune bashing.

All staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. I experienced much kindness and enthusiasm from each individual and the team, as a whole. One employee, Naywa in food service, stood out as a delightful, friendly and even bubbly personality. Each day we were happy to interact with Naywa. She loves her opportunity to work with the Hilton team and that joy transfers to guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful hotel and I only wished my stay was longer! The location is excellent with a walkway through to the Vendome mall. The breakfast choices and quality was excellent and the service at this hotel was exceptional. They remembered all the small details and went out of their way to make our stay an excellent one. I’ll certainly look at staying at this hotel when I visit Qatar again.

The staff from the moment we walked in (early for check in) were amazing, providing our tiered family, with early check-in to rest after our massive travel day. Our room (3bdr) was enormous, always a struggle with our 4 kids (3 of which are teens), but we had more than enough space in our apartment. Very highly recommend.

Excepcional Hotel. A legit 5 star, Park Hyatt was an amazing surprise. My stay was beyond any expectation. In all aspects you consider to evaluate, they were spectacular. Location: Amazing, a few minutes walking to Souq Waquif Staff: Extremely helpful and warm, especially a man from Sri Lanka, which the name I forgot Infrastructure: Sophisticated, charming and conserved. Room: Outstanding, no flaws.
