Lovely staff - both at reception (Ivan) and the restaurant (Nemanja). Also, the night security officer was very helpful - we arrived late at night with a 8-months-old baby, we were accommodated at once, shown all the facilities and we even get help with the suitcases. The property is very clean, our room was spacious with a very large bed (worked great for us as the baby was sleeping in between us two and everyone had enough space). Fast internet throughout the premises, amazing breakfast (tasty food, good selection, large portions) included in the price of the room - great value for money. The hotel is about 20 mins car drive away from the city centre - best to keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. There is a parking, too - but it's a paid one even for the guests.

It all starts with people - easy and fast online communication, perfect English, and then waiting for me at 1am in the night :) Very friendly and helpful.... And the apartment you just enter and feel at home. Good taste, attention to the detail and truly every need covered, all perfectly clean and with a good smell.
