The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was really clean, both the rooms, reception and elevators. Nice surroundings outside, perfect for children.

This hotel is situated on Trollhättan's main shopping street, Kungsgatan. Homemade biscuits and treats are offered for free in the afternoon with tea/coffee.

Our stay at Hotel Bele in Trollhättan was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Annika’s outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly welcome—almost as if we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. What truly set this stay apart was Annika’s thoughtful gesture of preparing sandwiches for us, knowing we would be returning late. Very nice host. Quiet surroundings, on a horse farm, right next to lake Vänern (~500 m by foot). Fully equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen and a double bed. Free Wi-fi works well. TV didn't work. As it's very close to nature there might be some critters around, which is almost impossible to prevent. I had to throw out a bug and a spider. Apart from that the whole place was super clean. Highly recommended!
