The location was perfect. A walk away from the train station and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. The place was clean and modern. The room was nice. There was a kitchen with everything you would need to use along with cold drinking water stored in the fridge.

The staff, the room, the facilities are top notched. The cleanest hotel I have stayed in so far. A simple breakfast was provided with no extra charge. They provide 4 bottles of drinking water each day. It's close to the markets and plenty to eat and buy. The surroundings are clean and quiet. The staff is always smiling, polite and helpful. I was sick and they found me a doctor to go to. They did go the extra mile. The hotel is spotless clean too.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Everything was great from when we arrived to leave our luggage, then check-in and stay. All staff are so friendly and always greet us with a nice smile. I would love to stay here again if I can visit Hatyai someday!

Very friendly and helpful host.. Good hospitality... Ms Pani keep on following up on our arrival and try her best to assist us on whatever we needed... she will help to arrange tuk tuk if needed, and also make sure we are comfortable with our stay.. we book a total of 3 apartments.. 1 of the apartment is very modern and newly furnish and 2 other apartment are more older but still its clean and comfortable.. We will be back to book again on our next trip..
