Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!!
Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

Kids loved the indoor playground. Nice communal area to takeaway breakfast and eat there. We got the deluxe family suite which was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Room was clean. Baby cot, bathtub and stool provided. Housekeeping accepted our last minute request to change the bedsheets as our baby soiled it.

Spacious room as compared to other taipei hotels. Location is so close to train and metros so travelling is less hassle. Separate bath and toilet provide convenience to families. Water station at every floor is good. Eco friendly with no one time disposable toiletries in room. Can still get it at counter if needed. Children room with toys were clean and spacious for little kids to play in

We loved everything about it. We booked a quadruple room. It has ample space to put all of our stuffs, rails and knobs to hang things. The room even has a dining table for four. The hotel provided us with a baby crib when we asked for it, they even gave us baby bath tub. So baby/ kid friendly. The location is good. 2 halal restaurant are 2mins walking distance. 7E is just downstairs. 5mins walk to nearest MRT station and of course near to Ximending street market.

There was a playroom for children which was open all day and we’ll into the evening. My child said it was their favourite part of the holiday. There were snacks and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very family friendly, great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt very at home there.

The location is perfect! it's very close by 3 MRT station, Taipei Main Station, NTU Hospital station, and Ximen station. So it's super easy to get around if you have to travel with different lines. The staff are very nice! We had a lady (forgot her name sorry!) that was super helpful. We traveled with a 7 months old baby, and they provided baby crib, bathtub, and even baby body wash for us. So grateful and family friendly.

Room was big, it was very thoughtful of them to include a baby bathtub for both our rooms :)
The travel cribs provided were also comfy for the babies :)
They also had a washer and dryer which was very helpful! (especially when travelling with babies and young kids)

Central location just few mins walk from Taipei Main station & Express train to Airport. Good facilities in the lobby for small children & free snacks. The decor is kids friendly & staff r kind & helpful. Nice bluetooth-enabled mirror+speakers. Great view of the city.

The location is great. There are so many shopping malls, good food, small shops and a view of Taipei 101.
They are very family friendly and provided the essentials: baby bath tub, steam steriliser, child toothbrush, kids toiletries, baby crib

It's family friendly with toys for kids at the lobby. The hotel provided kids tub which is very helpful when I shower my infant. They also provided cot as well.
