The family at the tea farm were so friendly and welcoming, and we had the best food here in our whole trip to Taiwan. It is only 15 minutes drive from the forest railway and there were lots of hiking trails nearby. The room was basic but fine, with a large shared lounge area. we were there when the weather was cold and there was a heater we could use.

Everything was super clean and tidy. The hostel even offered some extra care in the form of free chop-sticks, toiletries, coffee or tea. Definitely very good value for money. The hostel was also in a quiet area and the staff was friendly. It also felt very safe.

Lovely place! Owners are friendly and I truly appreciate all the help that they have given us especially when we got lost looking for this place. As early as 5pm, the sky got dark and it was almost impossible to look for a place to have dinner, but they went above and beyond to help us get a place to have our dinner at, and stayed till late, waiting for us to arrive. Very homey breakfast and there is a waterfall trail behind of the property that leads to a beautiful hanging bridge. Highly recommended!
