I saw this one cheaper than most of the other 4 stars on the booking platform so I gave it a go and it went over my expectation. The hotel is very new, room is spacious and modern. When you're checking in, they grabbed a chair and explained literally everything about Hoi an, you'll get coffee etc. Something I've never experienced before when checking in a hostel. Besides that the people are so nice, try everything to make your stay the best. Big shout out to the owner as well who's taking care of everyone's happiness and safety! Bed were insane comfortable!!
