The meals were very delicious. The accommodation is very close to where you can catch the basket boat. Ask the ENSO Retreat Hoi An to book the basket boat on your behalf, and the operator will pick you up and drop off by motorcycle, which is very convenient. Remember to bring a swimsuit, there is a beautiful swimming pool in front of the room. The service staff at the resort are very friendly and can communicate in fluent English. Some service staff even tried to communicate with us in Chinese and provided us with perfect service. Everything is great.Even though I have left , I still miss the good service of s ENSO Retreat Hoi An .

Comfortable bed. Really helpful staff. They helped is in everything that was needed and always with a smile. All the recommendations for visits and restaurants were absolutely excellent. Nice pool to relax after walking during the day in the city They also had bikes to rent for free so it was easy to move around

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

Sunny, Emma, Jenny and Spring's geniune friendly eagerness to assit refreshing. A very welcome informative chat to orientate oneself re Hoi An on arrival. Free cold water and a coffee/tea station a bonus. Best though is the sparkly clean rooms, fresh daily towel and filled to the brim bathroom amenities.

This was another memorable stay in Vietnam. From the outside the hotel looks clean, comfortable and welcoming and the inside does not disappoint. The staff were extremely kind and speak very good english. They gave us some brochures and told us what activites we could do either in the old town or by the beach. Location is great, taking into account that you’re around 2km from the old town and the beach respectively. So around a 20mins walk either way or a 10min cycle. The rooms are super comfortable with great mattrasses and soft pillows. They are very clean and have great interior design. It all looks pretty new and well looked after. The pool is situated on the ground floor and due to its shady location is very cool and refreshing in the extreme temperatures. The pool area is nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent and you can choose from fruit, patisserie or even have something local cooked freshly. The staff and manager are very keen on honest feedback and told us to let them know about how comfortable the beds were for instance.
