Perfect establishment, close to town 👌. Check In was 100% I forgot the name of the lady that was working on the 25th she gave us a warm welcome 🙏 with a little Christmas gift I give her 10/10 and the security guy facilities are as perfect 🥰 we really enjoyed our stay. It was Amazing!!! The staff were always willing to meet our needs, their service standards were on point and professional without losing that personal and friendly touch. We arrived as Guests and left as Friends without losing that sense of being a valued and cherished guest. Hospitality at it's Finest. Their safety standards and knowledge about every animal and creature on the reserve from the largest of the Big 5 right down to the Dung Beetle was superb.
