I would like to highlight the cordiality of the hotel team, who were always available to assist and answer all my questions. They helped me with everything from arranging airport transfers to giving tips on where to buy souvenirs in the city. A special thanks to Grace, who helped me organize tours and kindly arranged a breakfast bag for the day when my tour started before breakfast service. Be sure to do the Sunset Cruise offered by the Lodge – it's a unique experience!

The property is close to Elephant's Walk Shopping & Artist Village, Swimming hole and Victoria Falls Safari Spa. The restaurant serves international cuisine. That was top of the line. The views just as expected and as described, the quality of the mattress and pillows are high end. The bathroom is very new and immaculate, the showers water pressure is fantastic. The food was great. I will go back!
