Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.

Amazing location! The place is surrounded with forest-covered mountains and distant snowy peaks, below it a small mountain river is running on the rocks. The view from our balcony included all of the above and was breathtaking 😻 Beautiful and comfortable, well-designed interior, with good furniture and appliances. Very good breakfast (served till 11:30, which was important and nice for us, not exactly early birds) and good choice of delicious food in the restaurant. Pleasant SPA zone with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna (the kids enjoyed it enormously!), also a small fitness zone with a good treadmill. Both have unusually long working hours, which was a nice surprise. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I highly recommend this place and would definitely like to visit again myself.

Exceeded our expectations: luxurious hotel for a very reasonable price. There is a ski trail directly from the hotel to ropelines, but it is only for experienced people (the trail is actually of black, not blue type). We really enjoyed swimming pool, saunas and live music in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that the meat and the fish we ordered in the restaurant were overcooked.
