This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!

Everything! Especially our penthouse and the service. The location is great with a wonderful view towards Streif. The chalet is beautifully furnished and very convenient, every apartment has its own sauna which is great. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. And the staff is amazing, in particular a lady at the hotel restaurant. I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she took such care of our family, I don’t have enough words to thank her.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! I spent a wonderful week at this hotel on a half-board basis, and I can’t praise the experience enough. The food was simply outstanding! The staff quickly learned my preferences and tailored a vegetarian menu rich in protein, which was especially great considering the amount of sports I did. The hotel itself was clean and well-organized, with spacious and comfortable rooms, a beautiful balcony with stunning views, and an overall warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was professional and attentive throughout my stay, and every request was met with a smile. The skiing experience was fantastic – I took lessons at the local ski school with Martina, who was an excellent instructor. Hans, the school manager, was also amazing and ensured everything ran smoothly. The shuttles were punctual, adding to the sense of freedom and ease throughout the trip. Overall, this was one of the best vacations I’ve had, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel was absolutely perfect. A special mention goes to the chef and his amazing dishes — during our one-week stay, the dinner menu never repeated once, which was truly impressive. Breakfasts were also excellent: in addition to the buffet, you could order from the menu. The Eggs Benedict on brioche and the fluffy pancakes with berries were unforgettable! Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday so special — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing from the staff to the location and the incredible room and amenities. We spent 3 weeks travelling through Switzerland and Austria staying in 19 different places and this was by far the best in every way. If I was to stay anything even semi negative it would be that dinner was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was great though. We will be back!
