Perfect location, next to main ski lift, free lift pass from hotel which was a nice surprise. Spa is outstanding and breakfast and evening meals were exceptional.

Located right in the centre of Ischgl, Elizabeth Arthotel Adults Only is next to the ski slopes and only 10 metres from the 2 cable cars into the Silvretta Arena Ski Area.

Luxury hotel with perfect location, a very few steps to ski gondola. Extra professional staff doing everything to make our stay unforgetable (Nikola, thank you). Comfortable room, excellent choice by breakfast. Dinner in a cozy atmosphere restaurant.

It was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff, welcome drink during check in. Very beautiful and cozy design, stylish interior. Amazing breakfast, and especially delicious cappuccino! We enjoyed the spa area, its really relaxing, also nice to have tea/water all the time. I had my birthday during the stay, Hotel Zhero made a surprise to me a Prosecco and little fruits plate in the room, it was very kind little gift! We rented ski and snowboard, equipment was of a good quality and well selected by the staff. Also we appreciated the free ski shuttle service so we did not need to use our car at all. Good underground parking, safe. I will definitely return to hotel Zhero once in Ischgl!

The stay was wonderful. Amazing facilities and service especially appreciate the efforts put in by Klara and Vilmos. There's a proper coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful breakfast every morning + afternoon cakes every afternoon. The sauna and gym were an added bonus and made the stay so much better. Everything. The facilities, quirky decor, spa, pool, service, breakfast, incredible meals, sitting by the fire in the beautiful bar, your skis and boots sitting ready for you in morning, the free popcorn machine and candy stall in the foyer, the real fire in the room and the balcony with a Mountain View. Did I mention the staff? This beautiful team of people are incredible. It’s a very rare thing to see such professionalism delivered without an inch of stiffness and a genuinely warm and friendly manner. Not just from one or two, but every single person on the staff.
