It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

Very comfortable place with free hotel transport, perfekt breakfast. We used the hotel as a base for further several-day trips throughout Chile. It was a great place to leave our large luggage and come back for other trips. We always looked forward to this hotel, where we could have a great rest.
