The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.

We loved the hotel! We were looking for a comfortable place to rest while visiting Chengdú and we found the best place. The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the city center from here. The apartment was really nice, with plenty of space and beautiful views.The washmaschine with dryer was really convinient for us, after some weeks travelling through China and many more to come, doing the Laundry in such a comfortable way help us a lot! We can not be more Happy with the personal, especially with the recepcionists that arrange for us some taxis to move around the town. We would have loved to stay many more days here! We would come back and recommend anybody Grand ParcVue!

The hotel is charming, retaining a part of history but refurbished to be modern and luxurious. We stayed in the Family suite and the space is divided well, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The sound proofing is good so we can’t hear the neighbours unless they walk past our room and speak really loudly. Generally it has a very peaceful atmosphere. Room was very spacious and quiet. Ideal for a quiet getaway at this time of year. Loved the balcony bath. Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.

    The staff are all nice and helpful, but putting hard and software together -- even their good service does not bring the standard up to 5 star. The hotel needs to quickly upgrade its hardware, for Chengdu standards it's not very competitive.

    We booked two rooms for a family stay and were given a free upgrade to suites, we were very happy about it! Definitely 5 star standard! Service was excellent, and I'd like to specially thank Christina for her kind service! The bed was very comfortable too. The location was unbeatable - the famous local food was just downstairs 2 min away. Our family totally enjoyed the stay and will come back again next time we are in Chengdu!

    The property has Tibetan element, is one of the oldest 5-star hotels of chengdu.The main hall makes you feel like in Tibet. It locates in the centre and is close to the Renmin Bei Lu station of metro line 1 and 4. We stayed in a family room for 4 nights. The room is bright and spacious. the staff are friendly. The breakfast is fantastic and Tibetan food worth a try, especially the Tibetan milk tea.
