The experience was more than great. - I was allowed to check in early by the staff after a red eye flight. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mayar. - The hotel is simply luxurious and the room was too spacious with a stunning view (i.e. overlooking the pool). - The WIFI was super fast. - The checkout was smooth and fast.

Everything! I'm Egyptian but I live in Switzerland and must admit it has been the best hotel experience we ever had. My son and my parents loved. The hospitality, the comfort, cleanliness, views, and the Food. The Staff were wonderful, friendly and very professional. Mohamed Abu Elfotouh the outlet manager is the most dedicated, professional and excellent I have ever seen. He is so present and observant of all his team. He creates wonderful communication with all customers and makes everyone happy. We definitely going again and highly recommend for everyone.
