The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

Firstly we were a couple 40 and well travelled. I rate property 2 ways. Building facilities infrastructure condition etc and staff service. Facilities you can read about the condition is excellent 👏 Staff were absolutely amazing best service I had in Egypt and was my 3rd time there. You can tell that the leadership is world class from the hotel manager all the way down. Every member of staff were professional polite and genuinely happy and proud of their work and can only be attested to by excellent management. We will be back. Thanks

Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality. Staff at the adult pool and beach area were particularly attentive. The executive chef was giving us food recommendations and always followed up, that was really cool! I had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Seagate with my family for 7 days, and without exaggeration, it was one of the most amazing and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks and deep appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Afifi from Guest Relations, who truly made our stay exceptional. His personal attention, care, and professionalism went above and beyond. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Everything about the hotel was excellent: • The food was delicious and varied • The cleanliness was top-notch • The activities for both kids and adults were fantastic • The overall atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing Huge thanks to the entire staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Afifi, for making our stay so special. The view of the resort was absolutely gorgeous, we had a nice view of the relax pool from our balcony, and the relax pool bar is definitely our favorite. We tried out different pools and jacuzzi, it was cold while entering but it got better later with the sun. Our room was very clean, spacious, and the common area was well maintained. There’s a good variety of food and drinks, we didn’t get bored after 7 days there. The snorkeling experience was also great, there’re always attentive safeguards.

I like the hotel, the cleaning, staff are very good and . I would also thank Mr Mohamed Gouda in the reception. He is really very nice person , some misunderstanding happened but he tried to solve everything. Really thanks for him ☺️☺️ I want also thank Mr Emad on the pool bar and restaurant, he is nice person and friendly . Also thanks to Omar for pizza everyday in pool At all service and staf are perfect. Actually 5 stars hotel.

Hotel Cleopatra Luxury Resort,(adults only) truly deserves 5 stars. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was exceptional, as well as our stay at the hotel. I would especially like to commend Waleed Abdel Moneim from the restaurant, Mohamed Ahmed from the Pool/ Asian Bar, and Alex from the Animation Team, who truly bring soul to the hotel and make your stay unforgettable

We expected that the Egyptian 5 stars are relative! It was so. Advice for everyone: it's enough to pay attention to the hotel's rating and services, the stars mean little beyond that. It wasn't a bad hotel, but nothing special, maybe the nice pools can be highlighted.

Everything was great. All staff were friendly and working hard to offer us the best experience during our stay. I did not expected it to be that perfect! Rooms were very clean, thanks to Ahmed. Thanks to all staff who work at restaurants especially the Mediterranean restaurant, they offer delicious traditional food. Shows at night were nice and funny. Thanks to guys who work at bar and the life guard in swimming pool. :) Deserves 5 stars!!

This hotel is exceptional. True 5 stars. Food is exceptional, in fact their food deserves Michelin stars! Beer is of highest quality too, you never feel bad in the morning. Staff is very well trained and have good manners. Guys at the beach bar are hard-working and very quick to serve fruit plates, beer, etc right to your sunbed. Overall: this is one of the best hotels in Egypt.
