Everything ! All was perfect: the location near the city center, the pools, spa, the room, view, breakfast and of course the staff ! They even prepared something to celebrate my birthday ! Would 100% recommend it !

very kind staff! Despina at the reception, George at the Beach, Ilona at the bar - all became like family to us during the stay. Special request like dark curtain in living room where our kid was staying were accomodated immediately. Also free spa vouchers were given to us - very smart and thoughtful! Cannot wish for more.

The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.
