I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for these. We stayed in the deluxe sweet and were blown away by how great the room was. The beach is a short walk away and you can use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is immediately opposite the beach. There are plenty of restaurants brach side and near the old town. The views from the balcony in the deluxe room were so good I decided to propose there! The staff were also great at helping me set up.

TL/DR: the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. Everything was sparkling clean. The food was great. The all inclusive package is a must have Now a more detailed review: We made a huge mistake by NOT getting the all inclusive pack, and had to go out every day for lunch or dinner. There's a few restaurants within a 15/20 minutes walk, but under a scorching sun that was not worth it. The paid/specialties restaurants in the hotel are too fancy, too expensive and often had to be reserved in advance, so that was not an option. The only one we went to was the one by the beach. The staff was always friendly. Even under a 40/110 degree heat everybody was happy to be there. That made an experience much more agreeable in the entire hotel. At night there would be entertainment in two places. Usually a more cruise ship like dancing or a band playing. And by the pool there would be a more laid back band playing. The whole place felt vibrant and has a 100% family vibe to It. Lots of kids playing in all places. The hotel has a convenience store with basically everything you need. It runs from 8 to 10 every day, and the staff was also super friendly. We would gladly be back, but now with the all inclusive package.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. They also provided us with a complimentary sunset boat tour which was marvelous. Beach is also great.

Very good location, right next to the beach. Close to the old city center. Hotel with 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. Large room, with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. A bottle of wine and a capsule coffee machine in the room were a nice addition. Very good breakfast. Very good and polite service. If I can, I will also choose this hotel next time.

Apart from all 10 points above, I must say that fitness room is just wonderful, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment. Service was excellent. Upon late arrival staff took care and left us some sandwiches in the fridge. Also, because of our honeymoon, we found a fruit basket with champagne and honey desert. When I asked if they had softer pillows, as I felt my pillow was a bit too hard, they delivered to the room a soft and comfortable pillow for me straight away. Overall, everything was just perfect: cleaning, service, beach. I don’t think you need more for a perfect and relaxing vacation. We will come again! Thank you!!!
