The hotel is our best experience among many trips to Crete in the last 15 years. We chose this hotel visually a year ago while walking around the old town of Rethymno, but booked the room on Booking.com already 9 months ago in winter. The hotel had gave us a room on the top floor with the most magnificent panoramic view of the old town, harbor and beach. For this, we are happy and sincerely grateful to the hotel staff. The five-star hotel has renovated, modern and comfortable rooms, where we were welcomed with wine, on Sunday morning champagne is offered with lightly salted salmon. The menu is diverse, the food is delicious. At breakfast, fresh orange juice is offered on the table, the waiter of the restaurant brings the requested coffee or herbal tea with honey. The cook bakes and brings to the table an omelette made from the required ingredients or egg. Every night there is a different cuisine - fish night, Greek, Cretan, international vituve, etc. The food does not get boring during the week, because it is varied. Only the wine selection could be wider. If you want dry wine, there are only a few real choices. The main hotel's restaurant quality is enjoying food and drinks without rush and crowds. Hotel guests have the opportunity to attend the wonderful Rethymno city beach for free, where the hotel together with the Kriti Hotel has its own territory and can relax comfortably on sunbeds under an umbrella. The hotel staff, especially at the reception, is exceptionally responsive. Even the guest manager comes to the restaurant to learn about the guest experience and suggestions for improvement. We loved this hotel very much and will definitely return. Already next year! It's great!

Everything was just excellent! Perfect service, chill out bars and delicious restaurants. We have tried also buffet which was very high quality. Nice atmosphere for couples and families as well. The grecoland for kids is a big highlight.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff are all so lovely, we felt very safe here and the location is perfect as you’re both close to the old town and close to the beach! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and hope to stay again. We took a sail boat trip on the hotel boat and it was such a fun excursion, beautiful views and a lovely boat so definitely recommend this too.

Once arrived in the resort, we were warmly greeted by the super friendly staff with delicious fruits and beverage. My girlfriend and I travelled on the special occasion of my birthday; we were surprised to receive the best treatment we could ever imagined of a hotel: they upgraded our room to the best possible type, decorated the room with beautiful balloons , written a warm letter with nice wishes, and offered 2 (!) wonderful cakes for our celebration. I therefore had one of my best birthday celebration on this lovely hotel. Moreover, during the rest of our one-week stay, we were more than pleasant with all aspects of the resort, for example the large variety of the food offered in the breakfast, the alwasy smiling and greeting crew members, the extremely smooth check-in and check-out process, the well-functioning and super comforting sauna area, and the amazing live performance of the lobby bar. All in all, they live well up to, and indeed largely exceed, our expectation and understanding of a five-star hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this luxury resort to everyone reading this review.

    This was a superb hotel. Staff AMAZING. The first 5 Star hotel we have gone to that totally deserves to be 5 Star - Exceptional. Great selection for breakfast and dinner buffets, catering for all nationalities. No early morning booking of sun beds, sun loungers super comfortable and beach towels are plentiful. We'll be back!

    The resort is beautiful. Great pools, great beach, great rooms, great brrakfast and restaurant. Everything is top notch. We stayed before in beautiful resorts and I would like to emphasis your biggest assets are your employees...they make the difference. The service is outstanding from arrival at the front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping, beach service and everybody else. We felt the 5 star service!!! Thank you everybody and keep on doing a great job!

    The staff is was very friendly and the outdoor area is beautiful. I highly recommend the spa. Especially the spa-manager Katerina is exceptionally friendly and very competent. She deserves even more than 5 stars. Overall a great experience.

    Everything was 10 out of 10. Hotel is very nice, stylish and brand new. It has a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, with good facilities to the beach too. I would like to highlight the service from all the staff, in particular the girls from Breakfast and reception! Definitely make your stay a 5 stars level! I will come back to the island and in particular to this hotel. I’ll become quite loyal to the brand, thank you for the great experience! btw, the quality of breakfast is exceptional! everything you imagine you have it!
