Saudi ArabiaMy stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Batu was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The spa was a true highlight, offering an amazing retreat with its hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Although the pool was quite cold, it was still a great spot to relax as well as the breakfast is good and varied breakfast . I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

Very nice hotel. Good facilities, clean. A good vipe. Staff was excellent to help you with everything. Nice restaurant included and in afternoon nice team. Also we had a very good 15 min massage included.

We had the most amazing stay. Tea time is one of the best things we’ve done in Java food wise, and the restaurant downstairs is refined and delicious. It all felt very luxurious, including the room and the spa, but in a tasteful and traditional way (rather than the bland western style hotels). The hotel has an in-house museum/art collection, which we loved.

What a place!! So luxurious, so good staff, they give you the best feeling. Free upgrade to better room was wonderful. Dont miss the daily free tea time with traditionel sweets.
Super comfortabel room and bed. Restaurant is amazing.

Superb service from all of the staff who were extremely helpful and kind at all times, it was more like being a guest at somebody's home than a hotel. Breakfast was outstanding.

this is a five star 'boutique' hotel - the decor is pure art - the rooms, restaurant, and pool, all have an easy-going charm - the staff are all very professional - this is one of the few hotels where the photos dont mislead - would highly recommend
