One of the most beautiful palace I’ve ever seen! So well maintained! The location is the best in Kashi! Delicious vegetarian menu! The hotel offers a great variety of indoor activities: dances, paan try, astrologist, music… but most of all I would like to admit the staff - they really go extra mile to fulfil your needs! My partner and I were quite unwell when we checked into this hotel, we just needed somewhere comfortable to stay while we recovered. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were so comfortable and clean. It was the best shower we had in India. All of the facilities were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was beautiful. The location is really nice and clean and quite close to the train station. There’s also some shops only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient.

The service as Taj Ganges has been impeccable. All staff members of Taj Ganges were extremely attentive and exceptionally friendly. Restaurant manager Rakesh Mishra, Ms Gitanjali and the whole restaurant team made me feel like a king every single day. The 90-minute massage given by Ms. Jenny from the Wellness Centre and Spa was one of the best in my life. The extensive gardens of Taj Ganges are a tranquil oasis in the otherwise very busy and noisy town of Varanasi.

    Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent tasty food and a wide selection.. What else do we need?! We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁
