a beautiful Bengali heritage boutique hotel that has set a very high standards across Kolkata. The check-in experience was smooth; rooms immaculate; breakfast buffet absolutely scrumptious with various cuisines from different regions of India and the F&B staff that made sure everyone was seamlessly catered to; the location was absolutely gorgeous and meditative with a massive area surrounded by lustrous green. The entire staff is the epitome of hospitality including the security personnel Kunal at the entrance. I and my wife had a wonderful time and wish to visit again.

My stay for 4 nights here was a great experience. The hotel is located in New Town which is near the airport, and equipped with lots of services in-house, specially the dining and the bar. The atmosphere was really nice and staffs behavior was outstanding. The room was very comfortable with a city-view and equipped with all the required amenities.

5 stars. In Kolkata. Five stars. In Kolkata. Let me repeat - five stars at Kolkata. It is five stars. With good bar and alcohol, good food and good facilities nearby. I saw few airline workers from some emirates-based air company checking in - and these guys know where to put their personnel for good rest. Windows also have sun protection film so you don’t accidentaly get yoo much sun when it becomes hot.

Service outstanding, staff genuinely act on feedback and are looking for opportunities to improve their service. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner. Exec chef and managers very attentive. Well designed rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice live flute and guitar music in the main restaurant over the weekend, and no ever-present piped pop music as found in every other five star hotel Kolkata we've stayed in. I will definitely stay again.
