Taj City Center is one of the best property in New Town Area. The best of this hotel is the hospitality offered to you is superb. No one can beat Taj's hospitality as they will spoil you with services and personal care. We stayed 5 days there and we felt like home away from our home. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay from the room service who is the best to take care of all your needs. The breakfast is good with choice of Indian and continental choices. In overall one of the best hotel I have stayed so far.

This is by far my best stay experience in Kolkata. From day 1 till now, me and my wife are simply amazed by the beauty of the hotel, the hospitality and most importantly the people of this place. Everyone is super friendly and attends to each and every request of ours instantly. The foods we had tasted amazing as well. Must try the Mutton Dakbungalow & the Jamindari Thaali. A few names to mention - Chef Suvashish, Chef Bishwajit, Chef Kalyan, Munshi, Sunita, Ricky, Suparna, Kunal & Atanu (sorry if I have missed out a few names) everyone has been very welcoming and made sure we are having the best experience. They’ve done a splendid job indeed. Our love and best wishes for the team & the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to stay at least once during your stay in Kolkata.

The hotel is really grand! We went there with parents to spend the new year eve. All of us really enjoyed the stay. (+) Staffs were very cordial and welcoming.     5 stars. In Kolkata. Five stars. In Kolkata. Let me repeat - five stars at Kolkata. It is five stars. With good bar and alcohol, good food and good facilities nearby. I saw few airline workers from some emirates-based air company checking in - and these guys know where to put their personnel for good rest. Windows also have sun protection film so you don’t accidentaly get yoo much sun when it becomes hot.

    Service outstanding, staff genuinely act on feedback and are looking for opportunities to improve their service. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner. Exec chef and managers very attentive. Well designed rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice live flute and guitar music in the main restaurant over the weekend, and no ever-present piped pop music as found in every other five star hotel Kolkata we've stayed in. I will definitely stay again.

    All stuffs are very welcoming and helpful all the time. Foods are really delicious. I stayed in JW marriot & many other five star hotels this year, Honestly I've not seen such a wonderful hospitality. My view is, Taj bengal is the best 5 star hotel in kolkata.. therefore I am planning to organize my marriage anniversary here only.
