We were really tired after a hectic journey from the hills and the check in procedure was done very smoothly and room was assigned to us promptly. I have booked the airport drop as well and despite the day being a public holiday, the team assisted me and arranged the cab - which was very much appreciated. The room and all amenities were top-notch and at par 5 star standards. I loved their breakfast buffet spread.
