The staff was absolutely amazing, always so nice and giving us the best experience possible!! The hotel was beautiful, pool area also impeccable, everything so clean and tasteful. Also the room was perfect and they even did a lovely decor because it was our honeymoon. Restaurant had outstanding food too! It was also close to everything by tuc tuc. Could not recommend this place more!!!! Truly amazing and such a good value for price

Everything but the staff kindness and hospitality stood out. Mr Sumeir and Mr Abishek were very helpful but all other staff also were very kind.the infrastructure was amazing and the views were so beautiful.definitely the best hotel I have ever been to. Our stay at Wyndham grand in Udaipur was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — not in a rehearsed hotel-hospitality way, but with real warmth and attention. The check-in was smooth, and they even offered us a welcome drink that immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had this serene view that made us want to just sit by the window and soak in the surroundings. Every small detail — from the perfectly made bed to the thoughtful amenities — showed how much care goes into maintaining the place. What really stood out, though, was the service. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond without ever feeling intrusive. They remembered our preferences, helped us plan our local sightseeing, and even surprised us with a small treat on our last night. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfast had a great mix of local and international options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, staying here didn’t feel like staying at a hotel; it felt like being looked after by people who truly love what they do. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a genuine Udaipur experience.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, providing the most incredible views. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly the lovely lady on reception and our room was first class. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and it is our wish to return on our next visit to India. The accommodation provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the lakeside and is well equipped with a beautiful pool area. We ate at the restaurant, which has show-stopping views, every evening as the food was superb.
