Good choice in breakfast buffet, a bonus are the cakes from the home bakery. Excellent kitchen and menu options. Great location with seaview from room, swimming pool area, restaurant and seating area in front of sea (and perfect for sunset. Attentive staff ready to help with any question or demand. Taxis being arranged at reasonable price and charged to the room. After first night we decided to stay 3 more days. Lovely walking track till varkala cliff and varkala beach or if you take other direction till kappill beach (less touristic but more authentic with local fisherman activities

More than the property, it was the hosts which made all the difference. We were made so comfortable, offered such a great hospitality and treated with such pure and local delicacies that left us overwhelmed.
