It is a newly renovated property , everything is nice and clean . The fact that you stay in the building with such history makes it very special. Big rooms, and beautiful area for breakfast .

Location: Very central and you can walk everywhere. Bars, supermarket and metro close by Room: Very spacious, modern and comfortable. Good A/c and minifridge - only missed and a duvet but to be fair I didnt ask for one so cant faulty that. Others: Owner was very helpful and responsive. Even though he wasn't there he gave us very clear instructions on how to access the building and the room. Recommended restaurants and things to do see/do Love the place and would 10/10 reccomend

We had a fantastic stay at Tina Property in Napoli! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you need to explore this beautiful city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special thanks to the owner, Constantin, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make our stay even better with his great recommendations and support. Don’t bother searching for an airport taxi—just ask him, and he’ll take care of it for you. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has magnificent views of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius and CaprI It is so relaxing and quite Great to come back to after sightseeing during the day Room was excellent. The staff were friendly, cordial and very helpful. The dinners we had were really good. The seabass petals, ravioli and lemon shell with liquorice and caramel were our favourites The breakfast was also enjoyable, the staff being very attentive. Would certainly stay there next time in Naples
