Five-Star Hotels in Kampot

Wow! I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful in my life. We were truly blown away by our stay, which was made so special by all of the staff. I booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner. From the beginning, the communication was excellent in organising this surprise with Sebea. On arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and juice. Taken to our room, my partner was surprised with the bed decorations, cake, champagne, and even our favourite song playing in the background. It was amazing, as soon as the staff left the room we decided we needed to book an extra night!! Bunrong was an amazing host and made sure everything was going well and we got to do enjoy all Kampot & Amber had to offer. We also had great chats and communication with Chantra - thank you! That evening, I had booked us the Destination Dining - Khmer Menu. If you are looking for something to celebrate a special occasion, this is it! Such a beautiful romantic set up candle lit on the waterfront, the service by Monita was incredible, and the food all so delicious. The next morning, we decided we wanted to go for a bike ride. We were guided by Lundy through the island, exploring rice and salt fields, and a local arts centre. Without him we most certainly would have got lost! It was the perfect activity. Staff also helped us with water taxis to the main town, delicious cocktails, and throughout the stay we were constantly spoiled with treats, room clean ups, fresh towels and the most helpful staff. Our pool and the main pool were both so amazing we spent hours in here. Breakfast was delicious and we even had it floating in our pool on the second day. We could honestly go on and on. The host and the staff offered great service. We went on a rainy day, the staff brought us an umbrella once we arrived, which is very thoughtful and welcoming. The pool was clean and the air were fresh even beside the river. They provide kayak and biking activities. However, we only stayed for one night and didn’t have enough time to explore that much. We will definitely come back next time. They have different types of rooms and all have beautiful view and comfortable, clean bedroom. Bathroom’s water is strong and hot. Very relaxing and chilling even doing nothing at the balcony just outside of the room. We had their bbq and tuna tartare for dinner with cocktails at the lobby. The staff served well at right timing and at the same time left personal space for guest to enjoy. Breakfast was also nice! The host recommended us few restaurants nearby. But Khla already has everything we need and want.

We had the most amazing stay at Rivertree! We were fortunate to be given an upgrade to a riverfront villa which was so lovely and private. We loved it so much that we booked an additional night. We recommend the sunset cruise as a nice way to explore the river and the cooking class, which were both highlights of our stay. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the green cathedral every day and we stopped in at some lovely places on the river (you can get a tuk tuk if you prefer). The staff and service was great and everybody was so friendly. Sereysaophorn took us on our sunset cruise and told us all about Kampot. He always made sure to say hello during our stay. We have been travelling across Asia for almost 3 months and this has been our favourite stay. Thank you!

Receptionist is very helpful and friendly. hotel room is clean and modern with free minibar and chocolate platter. Environment is excellent, hotel was built in between mountain and river with very wonderful view! Buffet breakfast is served with western and Cambodian food, tastes are good as well.

Everything, the room, the staff and the food ! The pool was very nice as well !

The room was comfort with the less is more set up and eco friendly concept. the restaurant at the beach front was stunning sun set view with fresh air from the sea. the food and service are well taking cared of.
