We had an incredible experience at Shintana Saya. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — stylish, serene, and perfectly located for anyone planning to explore the Angkor temples. If you’re heading to the temples, definitely book their tuk tuk experience! It was a game changer — our driver took us to all the key sites, and we were provided with cold water and refreshing wet towels between stops. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s restaurant is excellent — we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and everything was delicious. The pool area is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We booked a package that included a complimentary daily massage, and it was amazing — a perfect way to unwind. The whole experience was so well curated and peaceful. We would absolutely come back!

I loved the design of this residence & hotel that made me feel at a resort and at home. The apartment was very big and equipped with all what we needed and especially very nice equipment in a big kitchen - plates, cutlery, glasses (wine glasses too!), pans, oven, big fridge... we took some leftover from the restaurant and we could reheat at the apartment, it was perfect. The breakfast was super nice, good variation of plates - there was also hot dish stands such as omelette, noodles... we really enjoyed every morning. The restaurant offered also a nice quality food for diner. I recommend yoga class and spa ! Kids loved an outside pool. The staff was very kind, polite and friendly.

This was one of the best accommodations we ever booked. The staff are amazing, they try to ensure you are having a good time and have everything you need. The villa was spotless and beautifully designed. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and beautifully presented. We also tried their spa and it was great!

    Jaya House is exceptional in every way. The facilities, staff, food and service are classy and staff went out of their way to give us everything we needed and more. The hotel room and overall design of the hotel are better than 5 stars. We felt pampered in this tropical wonderland. We will be back to stay longer next year. Our personal staff member Neath was polite, friendly and warm and she made us feel very special. A definite place to stay for any occasion.
