Excellent hotel a bit side from the Siem Reap city center. Breakfest was superb and the staff was always there to help you in any matter. We had a massage package, which was an outstanding experience and I'd definitely recommend this package to anyone.

Amazing property with lovely staff. Excellent value for money with good little touches that make it feel like luxury. Great location with tours, laundry and massages available from reception. Thanks to the staff for arranging a birthday surprise too this was a lovely touch. Pool was very clean also.

The staff were kind and provided excellent service. Airport transfer can be arranged in advance by sending a message through Booking.com chat. Responses are quick and reliable. A full-day tuk-tuk tour to Angkor Wat was also arranged at the front desk after arrival, even for the next day. The price was reasonable. The location is a bit far from the night market and Pub Street, but tuk-tuks can be easily found using Grab. It takes about 5 minutes and costs around 1 USD. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style and available early in the morning, which is convenient before sightseeing. Note that installing WhatsApp and Grab in advance are highly recommended. For WhatsApp, it is useful for communication with the front desk, and also with tuk-tuk drivers for temple tours. Grab is must-have, it is no need to negotiate price with tuk-tuk drivers. Always cheap, clear, and easy to use. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

What a gem of a hotel, great location, big super clean rooms and great facilities. But what makes this hotel a real find is the staff, they simply cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. Thank you all so very much. The attached gym is, according to the family members that used it, beyond fantastic, incredibly well equipped with great equipment and all important air conditioning. The owner/manager was super friendly. Thank you everyone for making our trip to Siem Reap so amazing. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

What I liked most was the hotel team, well managed by Seam, which measured no efforts to ensure a very high level of customer satisfaction. The facilities were quite new, beautifully decorated and modern features. The room´s individual large pool and the lavish breakfast were two additional highlights. Mr. Kiry approached us at first moment when we step out the car, he is very helpful and friendly to help us check-in and take care everything, is very impressive service from first moment till we checkout. Room is exactly the same as pictures on the website, big space of the room really relaxing. Shower and toilet separated but both design very interesting with silver tile, when shower just feel like in the outer space. Balcony can see the pool, sofa area just chilling. Breakfast order from menu at normal time, even though can not said variety but good enough for choose what you like and try everything, I like Khmer soup noodle very much. Due to business full change to all you can eat bar but a bit shame that food choices become less. Dinning in ZEST was the best experience for us, delicious food, excellent service, Mr. Satya, do the best job bring us not only service but also the lovely great time during our dinner. Location a bit far from city , is quiet area but with tku tku just around 5 mins to the city centre.
