Ahmad was amazing even before we arrived, he contacted us, to share the parking location and sent some one to help with our bags!. Then he gave us a free upgrade to royal suite which was amazing! Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely come back

The place is a gem in the old city of Fez. Everyone in the team was exceptionally kind and helpful and understanding. Everything is brand new and impeccably clean. I travelled during Ramadan and the iftars and dinners were delicious (it safe to say that the meals were actually the best I have tried in Fez)... I would come back just to show this beautifully restored place to my family!

The property is great and offers a small pool, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, etc The location is perfect, it is a five min walk from the center of the old medina. As a result you don’t have the hustle from the city center. The best part of the property is the host, he is amazing and helped us with everything. He showed us around the city, helped us plan what we should visit, gave us food recommendations, was always available for questions even by message. Normally I would not return to the same property but I hope to one day come back.

Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

The riad is beatiful. All the services provided by the staff were excellent. They were willing to go the extra mile to makes us feel comfortable and at home. The property was beautiful and so well located. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff and service was unmatched. They went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We had an early flight the day we checked out and left the hotel at 5 an, they had even prepared us a breakfast for our departure.
