Five-Star Hotels in Raa Atoll

Amazing private island with excellent service, can’t find what was the best, because all the things we had there were absolutely amazing. Villa has all the equipment you need - even snorkeling staff and Bluetooth speaker. All inclusive feels as real all inclusive, not just “2 beers per day”. Here you don’t need to think about anything - staff and especially Poula have done everything to make you feel truly relaxed. Wishing to come here again! 10/10

Great island-wide resort. It has 3 restaurants one Asian (beautiful new building at the beach), one Mexican (build on the water) and one topic restaurant. There is a nice bar with daily changing events happening like movies night or karaoke. What impressed me the most was the kindness and engagement of the staff. I have bean in many very good hotels and that one was exceptionally well cleaned, even two times a day. We really did not miss anything! The beach the water the diving, the food, everything is 10/10. Arriving and departure went seamlessly through, perfectly organized by the hotel and the service staff.

All-Inclusive for all guests. Also lot of excursions are part of the complementary package and only extraordinary add-ons are chargeable. Different lunch and dining options as there are 3 different restaurants besides the main restaurant (buffet). Villa (Beachvilla incl. pool) - amazing!! Pictures don't lie - dream location.

We spent quite some time researching on where to stay for our honeymoon and had absolutely the most amazing time with Emerald Furaafushi! The resort is newly renovated and opened just a couple months ago so everything is new and in good condition. We stayed in both the beach villa with pool and water villa with pool and they were sooo nice for chilling privately. Food was high quality - I had the best wagyu burger at the Beach Grill and the seafood was so fresh and delicious (loved the wahoo tartare and confit, the grilled prawns and tuna..) at all the outlets! Mediterraneo was great and the buffet restaurant Aqua offered a good selection of delicious choices with different themes each night of the week. Eclipse bar was a nice overwater bar with sunset view! They had over 80 labels of alcohol available. Needless to say the scenery is amazing. We snorkelled around the house reef, took out a glass boat, did stand up paddling and kayak. The sea is so clear and turquoise! However I think the most amazing touch that made the experience so perfect was the staff there. Their hospitality and friendliness just blew us away. Every single person has been so kind, and apologies for not being able to name everyone. First off is our villa host, ELITE, who has been the most helpful, kindest and dedicated person taking care of our every whim and request since our arrival! He is always reachable and comes check on us physically at least 2-3 times a day - super sweet!! The rooms division manager Rao, of course, who welcomed us personally at check in as well and made sure we were well taken care of. The sommelier team Joseph, Bona, Tate and Kim made sure our glasses were always full and recommended great wines for us. The bar manager Pathum and the staff at the Sunset bar and Eclipse Bar such as Rocky, Channi, Sonu and Yandy make fantastic cocktails and even made me some special off menu ones!

Our stay at the Emerald Maldives Resort & SPA was absolutely perfect — a true paradise in every sense! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was taken care of with great attention and genuine warmth. A very special mention goes to Naeem, who was responsible for cleaning our villa. He did an extraordinary job, always leaving everything spotless and surprising us daily with thoughtful touches and beautiful details. His dedication and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. We also want to highlight Wisham, who was in charge of our stay. He provided exceptional service, always available at any time of the day to help us with whatever we needed. His professionalism and friendliness made everything so easy and enjoyable. And of course, Nabee, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a big smile and unmatched hospitality. He always remembered exactly what we liked to drink and paid close attention to every detail — his kindness and positive energy were the perfect start to each day. This resort is absolutely deserving of the highest rating. Every moment exceeded our expectations, and it’s without a doubt an experience we will repeat.

The whole island is amazing, food excellent, we appreciated local fresh food. Trips very well organized. The view from the water villa was amazing. We enjoyed our stay better than I expected.

Everything met our expectations. The Island itself is very beautiful, 80% of natural flora is preserved while building this resort, they have even a Jungle Walk, if you want to see how the island was when uninhabited. This is 100% barefoot island, I did not put my shoes on at all. The food is very tasty in all the restaurants and the choice is very huge. Villa was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Haali, the sunset bar is a gem, The East bar and main pool are a must, with so comfortable seating and live music in the evenings. We enjoyed also fishing and the glass bottom boat, while you can grab the snorkeling equipment and snorkel just outside your villa in the lagoon to see plenty of fish there. Last but not least they have a fantastic application, where you can reserve the table in all dine around, which is not common to the most of resorts, restaurants. Fantastic resort, fantastic stay! :)

Everything about our stay was perfect!! We loved our sunset beach pool villa!! The staff were great, very polite and helpful with anything you may want!! The resort and the island is just beautiful and the place is so serene, so you can relax and enjoy your holidays to the fullest!! Totally recommend it!!

I didn't plan to post all my photos and write this much, but... I cannot skip it. I have visited many countries, many top hotels, and resorts, but nothing compares to Joali Being. From the moment you arrive at the airport, until the last step, everything is organized as a perfect 10/10. Where to begin? The resort is new and probably the most modern in the Maldives. I thought UAE had the best hospitality, but no place has even come close to the professionalism of the staff here. The food is top-notch. I ate the best steak, breakfast, and much more. I would write what I recommend, but probably it's worth trying anything. Even though you have to pay for most of the activities, including for simply using the tennis field, I strongly recommend doing the organised activities, because the experience is unique and incomparable. I am very sorry that I skipped many of them, until I had the first ones and realized how they do things. The houses are impeccable, very inspirational in terms of architecture and design. I could write more, but... will leave just this: if you have a chance to try this resort, even for just 4-5 days, try it and it will inspire you for life about how things should be done.
