Five-Star Hotels in Batu Ferringhi

Love everything about Angsana Teluk Bahang!! From checking in to checking out. From the staff to the services. From the food to the location. From the room to the carpark. From the sofa to the pillow and bed. From the beach to the pool. There is not one thing i dislike. I will be back and will definitely recommend staying here! Just a small preparation when you're coming here, brace the journey to Teluk Bahang, but it's worth the long scenic drive! We rented a car from the airport and it's another plus point for us! The food around the area is also pretty delicious. Quality seafod and Arabic food can be found in the area around 5 to 10 mins drive. I can go on and on listing the great time i had there! If you're planning to book, go on because you'll be making the bestest choice!

Our stay in the HRH Penang was spectacular! We had a Rock Roxity Suite with our 2 kids and one toddler. The pool area made the day for the kids. They enjoyed the slides, games, water basketball and underwater music. The beach was also nice right in front, but the water was rather milky and I was stuck by a jellyfish that I couldn't see in advance. The Rock Royalty Club is really recommended, only few guests there and the view from the top floor towards the sea was great! The staff and Rock Shop personal werer great, breakfast was also delicious. Tobias and Michael, the managers, took really great care of us. Thanks!

It was late on Friday but Syahiir managed to upgrade us to a junior suite in Rasa Wing. The room and amenities were well suited to our needs. The privileges that we received were absolutely delightful. We would like to acknowledge the housekeeping services provided by Abu Hasan. He provided customer services of the highest standards. We will definitely stay at this facility when we visit Penang next time!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Penang before their grand opening, and it was so amazing we kept extending it! We then came at the end of our trip and extended once again, staying a total of 6 nights! The apartments were impeccably comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. Very thoughtful of the guest's experience, also providing complimentary amenities every day and equipped with everything you could ever need, even washing and drying machines, as well as a dish washing machine which was all very handy throughout our long stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, which we loved. The team at breakfast was lovely, in particular a senior Indian Malay lady trainee from the waitress team who was very warm and hospitable, we're sad we didn't catch her name. The concierge luggage helper Ammar, was fantastic and incredibly friendly! He went out of his way and patiently helped us handle a few requests. The receptionists Kharisma, Adam, Weena and Adriana were outstanding and very kind and assisted us with everything we needed! We also made friends with the exceptional team from the Bar, Kucina restaurant and Lava Java café downstairs. Mac, the nicest waiter who introduced us to the hotel on the first day! Evan, the pro barista always with a genuine smile and passion to serve guests. Ganish, Fandey, Atira and Sharvin too, they all made our stay memorable. Lastly, the housekeepers on our floor and the team from the room service were also exceptional and really made us feel well taken care of. Thank you all and we will certainly see you soon! Our room had amazing views on 35th floor, The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette that was equipped, bathroom was spacious and clean, Breakfast was plentiful, many selections and catered for many tastes, Staff were very attentive at breakfast, Concierge staff were very helpful, and big Thank you to Mr Marcus with his assistance, Pool area had great views, plenty of sun loungers, towels were plenty and readily available, Glass bar served drinks at the pool, and kids pool and area was well set out Location was in a great area easy to get around right on the bay, with plaza next door with cafe, also eateries along the Gurney Walk,
