The service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff did absolutely everything for us like provide us packed lunches for our trip to the airport and were extremely gracious towards our requests. The free tour, yoga session, and sundowner (with momos and tea) were also entertaining and set a great vibe for our stay. The food was amazing as well and I really appreciated all the dishes we ate for lunch and dinner. It was also nice to have the on-site sauna and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay to get a much-needed breath of fresh after you get tired out from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

Just Superb. Room structure is elegant and beautiful, it's clean and quiet, the service and the ambience touched my heart. I truly regretted I never stayed in this hotel before even I visited Kathmandu many times. Even it has many problems as I mentioned below it is still 10/10 score. I love the Nepali Mona Lisa picture too.
