Excellent experience. The hotel is at foot distance from main turistic street in the town and the room was cleaned and nice (also providing daily extra cleaning). Rich and excellent breakfast. Very good check-in experience with very welcomming, prepared and kind personnel. Definitely recommended.

This is a great place to rest in Pokhara and perfect for relaxing after a trekking experience! Everything was perfect, food amazing, massage out of this world and the rooms are cozy and clean! Highly recommend!

Beautiful building with fantastic views of Pokhara from its multiple gardens and balconies. The interior spaces are beautifully designed with natural materials and plenty of sunlight. The whole property feels luxurious and relaxing. Great breakfast buffet each morning and excellent food at the restaurant. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and made our stay an excellent experience. I will absolutely come back here the next time I visit Pokhara!

Cozy and pampering hotel with a good atmosphere and personal attention. All our requests were attended to and with a good level of service.The food is excellent and there is variety at breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is open 24 hours and provides world-class dishes at good prices. The hotel is well cleaned and hot water is available 24 hours a day (not obvious in most hotels in Nepal). The location is excellent. Close to the lake side but not on the main road so there is peace and privacy. Overall a good hotel and highly recommended. I would go back there again.

The decor, the bedding, all of the artwork, etc., were beautiful. Staying here makes you feel very special. A lot of hard work went into this resort to make it look magnificent. The staff was impeccable. Everyone was very pleasant with a smile on their face and willing to help.
